COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA FIRENZUOLA

The Cooperativa Agricola Firenzuola was founded in 1972 by a group of farmers in the municipality of Firenzuola. It currently has 130 associated farms, of which 17 have been certified organic. The member farms are mostly family-run and located throughout the Mugello and the Alto Mugello.

AZIENDA AGRICOLA CARPARETO

The Azienda Agricola is located on the hills of San Miniato, near Pisa, an ideal setting for quality production. It sells eggs from free-range hens, chickens, rabbits and especially biologically produced extra virgin olive oil.

The eggs come from free-range hens provided with the highest quality chicken-feed.

LE COLMATE

One of the main activities of the Le Colmate Zootechnical Centre is cattle-raising. Their circa 1500 head of cattle satisfy their customers’ demand maintaining the highest quality standards that has always distinguished these products. One of their pillars is to safeguard the animals’ wellbeing throughout their life cycle and to keep the most rigorous health and safety controls in place. Their absolute professionalism and their genuine passion translate into premium meat seasoned with the flavour of the authentic Tuscan tradition.

The taste of the dairy product changes during the different seasons, as in the summer time, the animals are at the pasture, while during winter they are at the barn.

Andrea Magi looks after his cheeses with love and skill. As a young boy, he used to wash the cheeses, thereby learning about one very complex and important task for the taste of various types of cheese. It is also why the De’ Magi cheeses are still tended exclusively by hand, without the use of industrial machinery. This strict control of the raw material is an “obsessive love.” Only after infinite testing does Andrea Magi offer his own products to his customers: specialized delicatessens, wine bars, pubs, and restaurants.
